Frequently asked questions
How is this different from resizing?
Normal resizing stretches pixels and looks blurry. The super-resolution model rebuilds edges and texture, so enlarged images look crisper.
Is there a size limit?
To keep processing fast on phones, inputs are scaled to at most 1024 px on the longest side before enlarging. Progress is shown as the image is processed in tiles.
