Open a PDF form, or any PDF you want to turn into one.

Fill existing fields, or switch to Create to draw new text fields, checkboxes and dropdowns.

Click Save PDF. Turn on Flatten to lock the answers in place.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see any fields?
The PDF has no fillable fields. Use Create to add them, or use Edit PDF to type on top of the page.
What does flattening do?
It turns fields into regular page content, so the answers can't be changed and display the same everywhere.
