Why do I need an image link instead of uploading?
Email apps don't allow images embedded in signatures; they load them from the web. Use a link to an image you host, for example on your website. Square images around 200×200 px work best.
Will it look the same in every email app?
The signature is built with tables and inline styles, the most compatible HTML for email. Fonts fall back to similar ones if the reader doesn't have yours.
Is my information stored?
Only in your browser, so you can come back and edit it. Nothing is sent to our servers.
